Processing of personal data

Data protection is very important to us. In the following document we inform you what personal data we process, why we process it, for how long and what your rights are.

When do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data in the case of submitting a contact form, subscribing to the newsletter and inserting a comment within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”). In the case of submitting a contact form, we process the following personal data:

It is necessary to process this personal data in order to create an offer of services, to negotiate this offer or to respond to an enquiry raised by you. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by the Controller for the duration of the contract negotiations, for a maximum of 1 year from your enquiry, unless you consent to further processing. In the case of newsletter subscriptions, we process this personal data:

We process this personal data for the purpose of sending you commercial communications containing new articles on our blog. We process the email for a period of 5 years. We send you commercial communications on the basis of your consent. You can easily opt out of receiving commercial communications at any time. Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation allows such processing. In the case of comments, we process the following personal data:

Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:

Request information from us about what personal data we process about you, or request a copy of that personal data,

request an explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data,

request access to that data and have it updated or corrected,

require us to erase that personal data – however, such erasure will result in the termination of the contract negotiations and will only be carried out if the interests of the joint controllers do not override your privacy interests,

if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations, contact us or the Data Protection Authority or the courts.

Declaration on the use of cookies

What are cookies

Technical – these cookies are needed for the proper functioning of the website, security, correct display on a computer or mobile phone, functioning filling out and submitting forms, etc. Technical cookies cannot be turned off because the website will not continue to function properly.

Analytical and performance – Analytical and performance cookies allow us to measure the performance of our website and our advertising campaigns. We use them to determine the number of visits and sources of visits to our website. We process the data collected by these cookies in aggregate, without using identifiers that point to specific users of our website. The more people have statistical cookies enabled, the better we can optimize our site to be more relevant to what people are doing on the site.

Personalised and advertising – by using personalised cookies, we won’t have to ask you for the same information over and over again or have the power to offer you products based on your interests or tailor site content directly to you. Sklik – third party, long-term, personalized and advertising. Our website uses retargeting technologies from Sklik operated by Seznam.cz, a.s. Facebook Pixel – first-party, long-term, personalized and advertising. Facebook data processing terms.

Our website uses retargeting technologies from the Sklik service operated by Seznam.cz, a.s. This allows us to show visitors who have already shown interest in our products our ads in the advertising network of Seznam.cz, a.s. We never place sensitive or personal data in cookies. We may place a user ID in cookies, but this does not allow third parties to identify a specific person.
